The love, time, and patience Steph has dedicated to me and Frankie cannot ever be replaced and is truly one of the greatest privileges we have ever had the pleasure of receiving. After being told by many that Frankie would be better off tranquilized on a day to day basis, Steph proved them wrong and helped show the world that Frankie is inherently good and is just a little confused and “quirky” sometimes. Even though Frank and I are quite the silly duo, Steph never gave up on us and helped guide us through so much. We are now able to explore new adventures we always feared before and helped us both gain confidence.

Bobbie is a 3 year old border collie/aussie mix. Once she entered her “terrible two’s” she went from my sweet little girl I could let run off leash to my little demon. She began bolting out of the house and 3 streets down to chase people and cyclists. She also started to jump fences and bite people. This was very overwhelming as I kept thinking what changed or what could I have done wrong. I saw countless trainers with various methods and none seemed to be working.
After just one session with Stephanie, Bobbie and all her anxieties felt a lot more manageable. Bobbie no longer needed her muzzle in public and I could see how well she responded to the training techniques Stephanie brought. We quickly transitioned into group sessions where Bobbie quickly grew into her new skill set and she progressed to become very excited for each training session.

Kado has always been a very hyperactive dog who is a bit reactive and would push any and all boundaries. Both Kado and I had very low confidence and not a very good connection through training. Before we started our sessions it seemed like we were just plateaued in our training- out of our cry everyday phase but still not in a good place. We were both constantly frustrated with each other, I was overwhelmed and defeated that this was just going to be our life- reactive, constant pulling and no eye contact/paying attention the second we leave the house. In just a few sessions with Steph and Kado are a completely different team. Kado and I have come SUCH a far way in such a short time all thanks to the techniques and confidence that Steph teaches. Kado has turned into a dog with great recall, regular check ins, listens, has boundaries, less reactivity and we can actually enjoy our walks and outings with him

Jersey H is a 3 years old Rottweiller who last year became reactive in our neighbourhood and protective of her territory. Stephanie has helped us with adding engagement on walks and creating boundaries. She always shares her own experience with her dogs, which makes you feel less alone dealing with reactivity. Stephanie is very knowledgeable. I learned a different training approach, so it has also been beneficial to us. I wanted to have more control of my dog and I can say that I have gained control and able to have my dog engage with me. She always makes herself available to answer our questions or other concerns and gives detailed explanations that are very helpful. Thank you for you for all your support and hard work you are amazing!

My experience with Stephanie has been wonderful. Stephanie is a great trainer and extremely knowledgeable. I was referred to Stephanie by a friend that had tremendous success with her. I am a first time dog owner and ended up rescuing a dog from the caribbean. I wasn’t sure where to start or what to expect. My dog, Ben, is 4 years old and had been a stray all his life. I wasn’t sure how he would react to training. Ben has a docile temperament but wouldn’t listen to any commands, was leash reactive, and pulled like crazy on walks. After the first session with Stephanie, she gave me tools and guidance and within a week all unfavourable behaviour was immediately improved. After staying consistent with Stephanie’s training, Ben’s bad habits are now nonexistent. I cannot praise and thank Stephanie enough.

If you’re looking for a solid dog trainer, you should definitely check out Stephanie. We had some serious challenges with our Dutch Shepherd, Jax, who was reactive and struggling with certain behavioral issues. Stephanie took a no-nonsense approach to assess Jax’s needs and worked with us to implement practical training techniques. It was clear she knew her stuff, and her experience with working dogs really shined through.
After working together, Jax has made incredible progress. He’s now much more manageable and can perform his duties without the previous disruptions. The transformation has been impressive—he’s able to engage with his tasks efficiently and is far more reliable in various environments.
If you have a dog that needs behaviour modification, I’d highly recommend contacting Stephanie. She knows how to get results and truly understands the complexities of working dog behaviour.

Earlier this year, I reached out to Stephanie for help with my two-year-old German Shepherd mix, Huey. His reactivity and aggression towards both people and other dogs had escalated to the point where we could no longer invite guests into our home or take him out in public. We felt helpless and unsure of how to move forward.
From our very first session, Stephanie provided clear guidance and practical tools that allowed us to manage Huey’s behaviour. Incredibly, within just three sessions, we were able to take Huey to a public park where he was able to calmly sit next to other dogs—a situation I never imagined possible.
Having worked with several trainers before finding Stephanie, I can confidently say that she stands in a league of her own. Her expertise, professionalism, and ability to communicate concepts in an accessible way have been transformative for both Huey and myself. Most importantly, she helped me understand Huey’s mindset and gave me the confidence to navigate challenging situations.
My only regret is not finding Stephanie sooner. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking an exceptional dog trainer, especially for reactive dogs.

Where do I even start!!!!! We signed up for dog training with Steph about 5 months ago. Our 3 year old dobie mix, Bronx, was extremely dog reactive, had little to no recall & wasn’t able to hold his commands. It felt very isolating owning a reactive dog and not being able to have him enjoy his life to the fullest. Fast forward to now, our boy has excellent recall, absolutely kills his commands and has improved tremendously with his dog reactivity.
I never thought I’d see a day where we would be able to cross paths with another dog while holding a heel position with no reaction from Bronx. We are SO grateful that she was able to help us give our boy the opportunity to have a social life again. Steph has an answer for every question and will be your biggest motivator throughout the entire process. We’re so thankful for her!!!! ❤️

We adopted Mara 3 years ago from Nunavut and instantly fell in love with her. Being a dutchie, we knew we had our hands full but had what we thought was enough experience to help her overcome the extreme abuse she had been subject to prior to welcoming her into our home. Our skill set was only able to get us so far. We sought help initially and found the techniques and experience of our first trainer to be dated. It just wasn't a good fit for us.
Steph undoubtedly taught us how to be better owners, and quite frankly was training us just as much as she was training Mara. We are blessed and so grateful we met Steph and her fur missile coworkers.
In 4 training sessions with Stephanie, she had managed to help Mara be a dog again, graduate to group classes, and make 2 new friends in Kovi and Riley, and boyfriend in Dozer. Walking amongst her pack, off leash, enjoying life and the company of her new found friends.
